Absolutely not! We do not employ salespeople. Our team will visit your home to discuss your requirements and we will go away and send you a quote out in the post/via email. We then leave it to you to read through your quotation and come back to us if you wish to proceed.

Of Course! We highly encourage you to visit our friendly showroom and view our products before you buy them. We have most products on display to be able to show you, although we aren’t able to stock every colour and combination, there is a vast range for you to see.

Survey and Installation

During your final survey our team will measure all products that you wish to purchase. We will then go through a detailed specification with you to make sure all designs, colours, glass choice, hardware colours, etc are all to your requirements. The survey usually takes between 20-40 minutes depending on the size of your installation.

Once you have had your final survey, our team will put together your Purchase Agreement. Once this has been signed off by you, your order will then go live in our system. You then get a 14 day cooling off period in which you can cancel, change your mind or amend your order. Once the 14 days has passed, we will then start to process your order for manufacturing.

At the moment our lead times fluctuate between 8-14 weeks depending on how busy we are and the size of your installation. We always give an estimated installation timeframe at the point of quotation and we will then confirm this during the final survey. If you need products sooner then please feel free to contact our team to see if we can help with this.

Not a lot, we mainly ask that you remove any blinds, curtains from each window along with any big furniture items that might be an obstruction for our installation team. We will send out a pre-installation check list prior to your installation date and our team will talk you through the process during the survey visit.

Yes, we remove all waste from your property. We are fully registered Waste Carriers and remove all items and dispose of them in the correct way. As a business we like to minimise our impact of the environment and we will recycle all PVC products removed from your property. Please click here to see our sustainability policy.

Our installation teams, surveyors and office staff are all directly employed by RLM. We do not use subcontractors for any part of your installation. If your project requires us to have a specialist tradesperson in your property such as bricklayers, plumbers, heating engineers, electricians, etc. Then we may contract a trade where we don’t offer that service direct. However, we work with the same small businesses to be able to offer these services and they all understand the RLM values.

A lot of our reviews talk about how tidy and clean the installation process was. Our team will fully protect working areas with dust sheets, remove all waste and then hoover each area once they have finished working. Outside areas will be tidied up and hosed down where needed. Again, all waste will be removed by our team.
